All our partners have a vested interest in our developments that align with our vision and long-term strategies.

Our strategy focuses primarily on acquiring existing properties in growing markets and investing capital to increase their competitiveness. Our acquisitions target well located properties with a high yield bridge enabling us to be a real estate and asset management firm.
The S&P 500 Index's average annual return over the past two decades is approximately 10%. By any measurement, the real estate sector has done as well as the overall market, even factoring in the drastic collapse in housing prices during the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 COVID19 pandemic shock. The average rate of return for real estate over the last 10-years compared with investing stocks over time has averaged a higher rate than the yields of these other major asset classes.

Team
Trisha Paravas
Founder & CEO
Trisha Paravas is a finance professional, business executive, and a successful entrepreneur. She is best known as the founder of Fashion Week, Incorporated (FWI). As an adolescent, Ms. Paravas created her first entrepreneurial startup by developing a textile company and successfully exited by selling to a major competitor. Subsequently, Ms. Paravas was awarded a full scholarship and acquired an MBA in business and marketing. Upon graduation, Ms. Paravas worked on Wall Street in numerous senior management roles for over a decade, specializing in various financial products such as credit risk, market risk, derivatives, the Dodd-Frank Act, and U. S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) violations.
In 2013, Ms. Paravas founded FWI in New York City to produce fashion shows after realizing that the current state of New York fashion shows were invitation-only and designed solely for industry professionals and media. Despite being a fashion industry outsider, Ms. Paravas created an innovative, niche category in the fashion shows arena by creating "consumer fashion shows" and releasing them directly to the public (prior to any social media app era), and created history by breaking the norm of the 60-year-old American fashion industry.
Following the unprecedented success of these shows, Ms. Paravas realized she had a hit concept on her hands. The savvy business executive continued with her success attracting prominent fashion designers and corporate sponsors’ attention. Subsequently, Ms. Paravas had a successful exit from FWI and launched Roche Investors, a Real Estate Development establishment.
Ms. Paravas strongly believes that Harlem in Manhattan within the next decade will expand its horizons and invite larger brands to the iconic Harlem. Her aim is to revolutionize Harlem with untapped opportunities. Ms. Paravas’ vision is to build luxurious 5-Star Hotel Style Condominiums at reasonable prices for middle markets in Manhattan, the world’s most competitive and dynamic real estate market.
Ms. Paravas oversees all aspects of company operations including finance and investments, acquisitions, concept development, design, portfolio strategy and execution, marketing, sales and asset management.
Ms. Paravas also believes in giving back and has acted as a sponsor for the Harlem Children Zone and has been for many years a passionate advocate for mentoring children in the Harlem community.

Mr. Brewster is a litigator who brings over four decades of legal and real estate transactional experience. Hailing from a long tradition of active involvement in the Harlem community, his father, Reginald Brewster, was a proud Tuskegee Airman among the roughly 16,000 men in the barrier-breaking, all-Black group of military pilots and airmen before becoming an attorney himself. In 2007, after more than 60 years from their groundbreaking service, President George Bush awarded the Tuskegee Airmen the Congressional Gold Medal. In 2008, President Barack Obama acknowledged our country's debt to these extraordinary pilots and airmen and extended to them an invitation to attend his inauguration. Both Reginald Brewster and Roland Brewster accepted and attended President Obama’s invitation to the White House. It is an extraordinary honor to collaborate with the son of a Tuskegee airman who represented America during World War II and who served our country with honor and distinction in the face of segregation and discrimination.
